Linda! She was such a pleasure from start to finish! She stayed in contact through everything and helped answer any questions I had. When she showed me a house I had my toddler with me and she sat on the swing with her and just talked to her and kept her calm. She’s such an amazing person! Very sweet.

I originally reached out to her for a tour of a property I was interested in, and although it went off-market before I could see it in person, she called me and asked if she could send me similar listings in the area. I accepted and saw a property in her list that I hadn't been able to get in touch with over Zillow, and she was able to schedule a tour for me. During the tour and over email, she was very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I had. We found ourselves stressed to the max after renting a place for over 7 years and were told abruptly to vacate the premises within 30 days so the owner could sell or risk being evicted. After applying and looking for over two weeks with no success, I was really at my wits end. I ended up inquiring, yet again about a property on an app and that evening, Linda texted me and wanted to speak with me on the phone. For close to an hour, she listened to my plight, what I was looking for, what my husband and I were willing to pay, and the stipulations I had as we have animals and I was not willing to part with them. She told me she would get back to me the next day and would see what she could do to help me. The next morning, Linda texted me and informed me she had 3 properties for my husband and I to look at. She hit the ball out of the park as each house was to our specifications. She took the time to listen to my husband and I. She was kind, compassionate, and patient. The current rental market is very competitive and stressful to say the lease.If I had not had Linda as an agent I would probably still be searching for a home. I searched for weeks for a home and was unsuccessful. Within two weeks of working with her, we signed a lease.She was quick, responsive, and dependable.
